Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Barista who can work alongside our Café Manager to support the operation in accordance with our company standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent coffee knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coffee Preparation: Adhere to our coffee recipes when preparing drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Regularly check and maintain brewing equipment to prevent issues and report any problems to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide attentive service to customers, taking orders and preferences into account to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Culture and Values: Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers, presenting our company culture and values at all times.
  • Timely Operation: Ensure the café operates efficiently, meeting our quality standards and expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and take control of problematic situations.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
  • Teamwork: Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, promoting a collaborative environment.
Ideal CandidateQualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in a similar environment.
  • A certified Barista certificate is required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English.
Knowledge and Competency
  • Extensive knowledge of coffee and various coffee mixtures.
  • The ability to differentiate coffee aromas and taste.
  • Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A good understanding of computer programs and the ability to learn new ones.
  • Effective written communication skills.
