About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate both civil and MEP aspects of engineering and construction projects on a day-to-day basis.
This role involves supporting project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of technical equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot or a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage engineering and construction activities across civil and MEP disciplines.
- Support project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot equipment or demonstrate willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in engineering project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of project engineering, construction management, and site supervision.
