Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our team of engineers and technicians in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating design progress, managing project standards, and ensuring quality management in civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for site development plans, engineering design calculations, project standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations.
- Supervising sewer network construction, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with contractors while possessing strong engineering and communication skills.
- Assisting in project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management using Primavera P6; requires strong communication and analytical skills.
- Cost engineering functions, preparing estimates, budget control, and reporting while requiring a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience.
- Oversight of civil works for solar energy projects, including site preparation, foundation work, and construction of structures for solar panel installation.
- Supervise road construction operations, coordinate with teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage labor schedules; requires diploma in Civil Engineering and leadership skills.
- Ensuring contractor compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while coordinating resources and documenting progress.
- Assist in supervising road construction, coordinate with engineers, ensure safety, and maintain project records; requires Civil Engineering degree and CAD proficiency.
- Responsible for ensuring contractor compliance with plans, quality standards, and safety regulations in civil engineering projects, requiring strong communication and inspection skills.
- Assist in financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, evaluate claims, and maintain cost records; requires degree in Quantity Surveying and computer literacy.
- Inspecting construction materials, ensuring compliance with standards, and requires a diploma in Civil Engineering and strong communication skills.
- Supervising civil engineering works, conducting inspections, maintaining records, ensuring safety compliance, and providing technical support in sewer system projects.
- Manage quantity surveying for infrastructure projects, focusing on cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting with strong analytical skills.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, develop cost estimates, monitor project costs, and ensure compliance with standards; requires Bachelor's degree and proficiency in quantity surveying.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in construction, build client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely equipment delivery.
