Job Role:Commis ChefMain Responsibilities:
- Food Production: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing way.
- Timely Performance: Perform tasks within a timely manner to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
- Revenue Contribution: Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control and maximising sales opportunities.
- Kitchen Support: Provide support to the Kitchen brigade and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Chef Qualifications: Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef and NVQ Level 1.
- Skill Set: Positive attitude, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and proven ability to work with a team.
- Passion for Food: Passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality career.
- Certifications: Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course.
