About the Job

Z Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Banking Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SME market in Bahrain, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Stay on top of the business operating environment, including market trends, interest rates, asset and liabilities positions, trade volume, credit facilities, etc., and submit findings to the Lead - Sales Growth.
  • Follow up with customers to obtain expired or missing documents or unmet conditions.
  • Assist in maintaining effective relationships with new and existing clients to repeat business opportunities, referrals, and lead generation for target completion of the branch.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking, or any related discipline is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a bank in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the SME market in Bahrain.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
