**Lead Golang Software Engineer Position**

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust Golang-based solutions for our commercial systems
  • Lead technical designs, code reviews, and implementation
  • Deploy and operate services developed by the team
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to help them grow professionally
  • Develop and promote best practices in software engineering and organizational development
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic record and a degree in a technical field or relevant experience
  • Significant experience with Golang software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
  • Result-oriented and able to meet commitments
