About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator.

This individual will be responsible for executing and optimizing retail media campaigns to align with client objectives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools, and strong communication and organizational abilities.

This is a dynamic role that requires staying up-to-date on retail media trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

You will work closely with our internal teams to support ad placements and campaign management, while maintaining seamless communication with advertisers to meet campaign deadlines and deliverables.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital advertising and has a strong desire to grow their career in this field.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, ad operations, or campaign management is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of retail media monetization models (CPM, CPC, CPA) is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools; experience with DSPs or ad platforms is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an asset).
