Job Overview: Fonmau is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical and Plumbing Specialist to join our team in Hidd, Bahrain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical and plumbing systems across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruption to our operations.
  • Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, water heaters, and drainage systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and safely.
  • Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, ensuring water flow systems are working properly and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes, maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and visitors.
  • Respond to emergency electrical and plumbing issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruption to our operations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an electrician and plumber, with a strong background in maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and plumbing issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme temperatures, as required by the job.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
