Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations. Additionally, they will troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve them promptly. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations;
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve them promptly;
- Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, water heaters, and drainage systems;
- Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and ensure water flow systems are functioning properly;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes;
- Respond to emergency electrical and plumbing issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance and installation;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes;
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
