Key Responsibilities:

Job Specifications:
  1. Contribute to the achievement of section objectives through effective execution of related activities.
  2. Operate autonomously within established policies, procedures, systems, and frameworks to ensure efficient section operations.
  3. Expand our corporate account customer base by addressing current market needs based on agreed segmentation.
  4. Collaborate with wholesale and technology departments to extend our complex portfolio to customers.
  5. Retrain and develop our existing named account business customer base.
  6. Promote our full range of products and services, including complex solutions.
  7. Provide and maintain exceptional customer experience and relationship management.
  8. Identify key client relationships for growth and development.
  9. Discover new business opportunities as add-on or pull-through sales, or in partnership with other sales teams.
  10. Accountable for contract financial performance in terms of revenue.
  11. Foster customer loyalty.
  12. Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or relevant field.
  2. Proficiency in English and Arabic language.
  3. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
