">We are seeking an experienced and passionate Training and Education Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education, social sciences, or behavioral sciences, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as deployment readiness, family support, relocation assistance, and financial management.">
- Facilitate group programs for military personnel and families, targeting at-risk groups such as first-term service members, socially isolated families, single parents, and special needs families.">
- Provide pre- and post-deployment briefings, ensuring that materials are tailored to the needs of each command.">
- Conduct public awareness campaigns and prevention education in support of Family Advocacy Program (FAP) initiatives.">
- Serve as the designated point of contact for individual service members or families in need of case management services.">
- Train staff and colleagues in effective presentation and facilitation techniques.">
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in adult education, social science, behavioral science, or a related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and education. A minimum of two years' experience in training development, public speaking, and group presentation is required.
">Prior experience working in a military or educational setting is highly desirable. Proficiency in interpreting data from program evaluations and needs assessments to enhance educational delivery is essential.
