  • Communicate event details to staff, students, and parents through various channels.
  • Recruit facilitators and meet with them to discuss expectations.
  • Manage permission forms and waivers for school activities.
  • Track attendance and generate reports to inform future programming decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, time-management, and organizational skills.
