We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as a Hospitality Service Ambassador. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:
• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the standard of performance manual
• Greet and seat customers in a professional and discreet manner
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and provide advice to guests
• Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
• Utilize up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
