Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving complex customer issues involving both data and processes, and developing system specifications and process diagrams.

You will also be responsible for collaborating on software testing and validation, and creating clear documentation and user manuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA would be considered a plus.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, software engineer or a similar role.
