Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to the President to join our team at Reso University.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage the president's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up on action items from meetings involving the president.
  2. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the president, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  3. Handle correspondence and prioritize messages for the president, maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic Communication
  1. Serve as a liaison between the president's office and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring clear understanding of key initiatives.
  2. Draft communications, speeches, and other materials on behalf of the president, utilizing strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  3. Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes, actions, and outcomes, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.
Event Coordination
  1. Plan and execute university events, such as alumni gatherings, donor meetings, faculty/staff appreciation events, and public lectures involving the president, ensuring their involvement aligns with their schedule.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the president and other senior leadership, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing disruptions.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic environment, balancing both routine administrative tasks and more strategic responsibilities, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements
  1. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft compelling content and present ideas effectively.
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
