We're seeking a high-impact marketer to spearhead our Custom Macros campaign. As Product Marketing Specialist, you'll lead full-stack marketing efforts for our personalized nutrition product.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, forging strategic partnerships along the way.
  • Define and refine messaging for key segments (e.g., lean bulkers, fat loss athletes, CrossFitters).
  • Own positioning for every product tier: full control, semi-control, and snack variations.
  • Build and run 360 marketing campaigns across geographies, blending digital, offline activations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Own the top funnel completely.
  • Collaborate with local marketing & growth teams in each geography to activate campaigns, execute initiatives, and localize messaging.
Ideal candidateQualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or brand strategy, preferably in fitness, health tech, or mobile-first products.
Knowledge & Competency
  • A deep understanding of fitness culture and athlete psychology.
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives across teams and markets.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-border team environments.
  • An analytical mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
Personality
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
