The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Director of Digital Growth, focusing on developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance business performance and drive growth.
Main Objectives:- Develop a strategic plan to improve digital maturity by identifying gaps, setting benchmarks, and creating a roadmap for achieving excellence.
- Analyze emerging trends (e.g., AI, ML, blockchain) that can be leveraged to optimize operations, reduce costs, and create competitive advantages.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website traffic.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and performance reports to track key performance indicators, ROI, and the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to optimize campaigns and maximize marketing ROI.
