Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our clinical team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will be responsible for providing personal care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and toileting. You will also support nursing staff in clinical procedures and patient monitoring under supervision.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care to patients, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and toileting.
  • Supporting nursing staff in clinical procedures and patient monitoring under supervision.
  • Assisting in the safe moving, handling, and positioning of patients.
  • Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate) accurately.
  • Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, including bed-making and infection control measures.
  • Delivering meals and assisting patients with eating and hydration.
