We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the overall credit administration function in Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will assist line managers in designing and maintaining effective credit administration policies and procedures.
  • They will manage the entire credit documentation process, ensuring completeness and accuracy at all times.
  • Monitoring and managing credit quality and portfolio risks is also a key responsibility, advising on post-credit approval matters as needed.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of wholesale banking experience, including 3 years in credit administration is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and handling are essential for this role.
  • A good understanding of credit risk management concepts and principles is also required.
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly MS office are necessary for daily tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships.

This role involves managing work deliverables under high pressure within fixed timeframes, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
