Key Responsibilities

1. Strategize IT Growth: Develop and implement effective IT governance frameworks, driving improvement and efficiency across multiple business units.
2. Drive Organizational Change: Implement strategic plans to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve this goal.
3. Cultivate Expertise: Foster collaboration and expertise exchange among cross-functional project teams, ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
4. Ensure Regulatory Adherence: Manage risk and compliance, guaranteeing that our activities align with regulatory requirements.
5. Empower ESG Initiatives: Serve as the single point of contact for ESG initiatives within the organization, promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Required Skills

• A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; a master's highly preferred.
• A minimum 15 years operational experience working in IT, with at least 5 years experience in IT leadership positions managing cross-functional project teams.
• Extensive exposure to IT governance formulation, budget planning, and organizational change management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
