The Student Life Coordinator is a critical role in maintaining a disciplined environment at the school. This position requires overseeing the Student Management team, ensuring effective performance and timely execution of tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight
The Student Life Coordinator leads the Student Management team, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
Mentorship and GuidanceThis role involves mentoring students with behavioral issues, investigating the root causes, and developing long-lasting solutions.
Discipline and SafetyThe coordinator assigns consequences for behavioral infractions, focusing on teaching proper behavior rather than punishment.
Prevention and InterventionTaking preventative measures to prevent and deter inappropriate behavior, tracking lateness, absences, and skipping, and collaborating with parents to find solutions.
Supervision and Data EntryDeveloping supervision schedules, ensuring accurate data entry into the SABIS School Management System, and documenting meetings and relevant documentation.
School OperationsMaintaining efficient school operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the school community.
Ideal Requirements:- Educational Background
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Language ProficiencyEnglish Proficient; local language is a must.
Experience and SkillsA minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field (SABIS Experience is preferred).
