Event Coordinator Job Description

The Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing school events within the Student Life Department.

  • Schedule Planning: Plan and organize school events throughout the academic year, setting dates within the school calendar, deadlines, and responsibilities.
  • Communication: Inform all stakeholders, staff, and students about clubs, events, and activities through preset meetings, emails, flyers, etc.
  • Activity Schedule: Develop and plan the activity schedule for all grade levels, distributing it to students and parents in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving, planning, time-management, and organizational skills. Additionally, you should have good communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and be able to multitask.
