Role Summary:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring they meet our company's standards. You will work closely with various teams, including product and operations, to develop and implement strategies that drive rider recruitment, operations management, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 3PL Partner Development: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring their operational capabilities meet our standards.
  2. Operational Enhancements: You will provide training and communication support to 3PL partners, enabling them to better understand our company's requirements.
  3. Compliance and Quality Assurance: You will ensure 100% compliance for 3PL partners and their riders, working closely with the operations team to achieve business goals.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with various teams, including product and operations, to develop and implement strategies that drive rider recruitment, operations management, and user experience.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor degree or above in a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in rider growth and partner management.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  3. Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  4. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the rider and 3PL market trends and best practices.
  5. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
