Key Roles and Responsibilities

A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with the brand identity.

  • Product Packaging Design:
    • Create eye-catching packaging designs that stand out in a competitive market.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand packaging requirements and constraints.
    • Evaluate design concepts for both aesthetic appeal and practicality for production and distribution.
  • Social Media Content Creation:
    • Design high-quality graphics for various social media platforms to engage with customers.
    • Develop a consistent visual language across all social media content to reinforce the brand identity.
    • Promote products, events, and online campaigns through creative and compelling graphics.
  • Brand Development:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine the brand's visual identity.
    • Assist in producing digital and print marketing materials to increase brand recognition.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion to meet deadlines.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory in digital media.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
