Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage outlets
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Assist with annual and mid-year performance appraisals for team members under your responsibility
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop menus and promotional strategies with other members of the Food and Beverage team
  • Accountable for conducting regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Incentivise team members to maximise sales and revenue
  • Deputise for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and hotel security protocols
Requirements:

To successfully fill this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous Food and Beverage management or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of financial systems and budgeting
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
