Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance and testing, preferably with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Candidates with the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:

  • ISTQB certification.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
  • Knowledge of database management and query languages.
  • Ability to lead a team and mentor junior staff members.
