We are seeking a seasoned Security Operations Head who can provide expert guidance on security matters at RESO. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in Security Management, 5 years in Facility/Workplace security. Proven leadership experience in security, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic security plans.
- In-depth knowledge of local and national security regulations.
- Ability to oversee and respond to security operations effectively.
