Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Safety and Security Leader to develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with our objectives at RESO. This includes assessing potential risks and designing proactive security measures to mitigate threats.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and decision-making abilities, effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Additionally, they should have the ability to develop and execute strategic security plans.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in Security Management, 5 years in Facility/Workplace security. Proven leadership experience in security, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic security plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and national security regulations.
  • Ability to oversee and respond to security operations effectively.
