Job Description

The Student Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment within the school. This involves ensuring that students are in class on time, minimizing disruptions, and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate students, and possess a strong sense of discipline. They will work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff members to achieve these goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
  • Mentor students on the importance of discipline and its impact on their education.
  • Coordinate student line-ups, manage travel time between classes, and maintain order during recess.
  • Enter accurate information onto the SABIS School Management System/SABIS Information System (SSMS/SIS).
  • Monitor student attendance, investigate absences, and communicate with parents as needed.
  • Supervise classes, observe student behavior, and take necessary disciplinary actions when required.
  • Ensure student safety during bus dismissal and perform other related tasks as delegated by management.
