Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the following role:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend solutions and process improvements based on analysis. Develop and present business cases for new projects or system changes. Lead process redesign and optimization initiatives.
  • Project Management Support: Work with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Assist in developing project plans, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure timely delivery of project goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data and generate reports to support decision-making. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Present data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates. Coordinate between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment.
  • System & Tool Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new tools and systems. Conduct user training and provide support during system rollouts.

To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency with business analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and requirements management software. Familiarity with databases, SQL, and reporting tools is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is also desirable.
