Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at RESO. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient production lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria such as efficiency and speed
- Study production and machine requirements to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and test effective automated and manual systems to streamline production workflows
- Design and install equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities
- Organize and manage manufacturing resources to maximize productivity

Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software such as CAD and MS Office
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team
