Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data for analysis.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), profitability, and other financial metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and drivers of business performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports highlighting key findings and present them to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the development of financial models and forecasts to evaluate business initiatives and assess their impact on financial performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business performance analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
