Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will work closely with Product Manager and technical team to gather requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of projects. The role also includes active participation in Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Manager to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Create user stories, workflows, wireframes, and process maps as needed
  • Support testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet requirements
  • Hands on experience with tools like Miro or similar tools for creating user flows, diagrams, and visual process documentation.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams using tools like Figma to validate and align user experience requirements.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in defining test cases and support basic functional and user acceptance testing.
  • Help ensure alignment between product vision, user needs, and technical implementation.
  • Maintain a high standard of clarity and traceability in documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate project success and operational impact Maintain and update documentation in tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Act as a bridge between product manager and technical team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, B.E, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product or software development environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documenting business and functional requirements, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma (or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Understanding of data analysis techniques and tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time
  • Basic knowledge or experience in software testing/UAT is a plus

Preferred:

  • Experience in parking industry
  • Certification in Business Analysis is a plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional product teams in a tech/startup environment.
