Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor in Human Resource Management to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, with experience in software applications. Our College values teaching, research, and industry experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an accredited university. They should have at least five years of teaching experience in human resource management or a related field at the graduate or undergraduate level. A strong research profile and potential to publish in human resource journals is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience using HR software applications professionally and in quality assurance. Industrial experience in HR Talent Planning & Recruitment or any other relevant domain is also desirable.

They will also be engaged in different research and scholarly activities related to the specialization field and contribute to community engagement activities organized by the college and university.
