Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems, electrical distribution systems, water supply systems, and plumbing for our buildings.
- Maintain and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems, including HVAC and chilled water systems;
- Attend work order requests from clients to repair and maintain air conditioning and ventilation systems;
- Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance programs for air conditioning and ventilation systems;
- Prepare daily and monthly service reports for air conditioning and ventilation systems;
- Assist in preparing lists of necessary spares required for the completion of preventive maintenance activities;
- Attend emergency breakdown calls during normal working hours and after hours if required;
- Closing work order requests as soon as possible and reporting status of works completed, on-hold, or not completed with justification for delays;
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma/High National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Technical High School Certificate in Air Conditioning engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Air-conditioning Mechanic and Electrician with any reputable Air-conditioning Contractor or Building Services Facilities Management company is also required.
