The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing operating frameworks, policies, and procedures for the maintenance department. This includes planning, scheduling, and executing daily tasks, ensuring timely reporting, and analyzing key metrics like downtime and MTBF.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement cost reduction plans, manage financial performance, and support regional sales efforts. The successful candidate will also oversee stock management, inventory, and procurement to ensure operational readiness.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Maintenance Contracts Manager will:

  • Develop strategies to meet operational requirements and support strategic objectives;
  • Plan preventative and scheduled maintenance to optimize equipment availability;
  • Support RFQ processes and participate in subcontractor selection;
  • Maintain and develop the Cost Workbook;
  • Review change requests and ensure documentation is up-to-date;
  • Address performance, process, quality, and technical issues with corrective actions;
  • Identify automation and digitization opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Participate in recruitment and set individual goals for team members;
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, including HSEQ requirements.
