Paper Cup Production Specialist

Our ideal candidate will have experience operating paper cup forming machines and ensuring consistent product quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor paper cup forming machines during production.
- Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic maintenance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain high-quality production standards and reduce downtime.
- Keep accurate production records and daily shift reports.
- Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained in the workspace.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating paper cup machines (such as 6oz, 7oz, 8oz).
- Technical understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts (as per company schedule).
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Must be currently located in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both single-wall and double-wall paper cup machines.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical tools and troubleshooting techniques.
