Job Responsibilities
  • Provide full scope HR support including employee relations, benefits, compensation, headcount, succession planning, and records retention.
  • Assist in enforcing HR policies and best practices to support a growing business.
  • Manage business continuity ensuring consistent and constant communication with staff.
  • Work closely with management to ensure proper people infrastructure is in place for succession purposes.
  • Assist in monthly timesheets, payroll, and commission.
  • Assess employee performance and training needs.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS.
  • Supervise and coordinate overall administrative and related office activities.
Knowledge, Experience and Special Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in an HR Department.
  • Solid understanding of basic employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other management software.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
