Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role involves overseeing the regional human resources department, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations. This includes interacting closely with the broader people team to develop uniform processes across all regions, as well as being accountable for talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives that drive high-performing teams.

  • Lead and grow the regional human resources team
  • Deliver timely and accurate HR services
  • Collaborate with the broader people team to establish cohesive processes across regions
  • Be responsible for HR functions such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives that foster high-performing teams

The ideal candidate will possess an excellent academic record, experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business, people management expertise, experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders, and knowledge of HR practices and employment law in APAC.
