Job Title: Cybersecurity Systems Engineer

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing local IT SME support for MARCENT readiness in a TS/SCI environment. Your expertise will enable us to maintain a high level of security and ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in USMC C4ISR systems to perform recurring services worldwide within the USMARCENT AOR. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing complex problems, providing technical and mentoring support, and recommending architecture modifications to support operational or training needs.

Ancillary Support
As a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer, you will also assist with network configuration, backup, security devices, cable installation, system troubleshooting, and other IT support tasks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current US Passport for overseas travel, meet COMSEC, Local Element management certifications, and security clearance requirements. A minimum qualification per SECNAV M-5239.2 is also essential, ensuring that your qualifications align with the work proficiency. Additionally, you must have at least five years of military experience and specialized knowledge of USMC C4ISR operation, technical processes, maintenance requirements, systems, networks, and advanced operational techniques.

Work Environment
You will be based at 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade, Task Force 51/5, NAVSUP Bahrain, Manama, Bahrain. However, we require flexibility to support travel to various countries within CENTCOM AOR on short notice.
