Job Brief
The successful candidate will be responsible for training customers on our products and providing technical support. They will also participate in developing strategies for the Histopathology & Cytology unit and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
* Develop and implement plans for new product releases and events to increase sales and customer engagement.
* Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
* Provide scientific discussions with end users to identify new requirements and opportunities.
* Update and educate end users on new products and possibilities, and learn about the weaknesses of competitors and the strengths of our products.
* Conduct regular visits to all customers to ensure quality service and inform the team about sales leads.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
* 2+ years of experience as a lab technician in Histopathology, preferably with experience demonstrating equipment capabilities and troubleshooting.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, good English language proficiency, and strong presentation skills.
* Ability to travel within the Eastern and Central areas of KSA.
