Construction Chemicals Engineer Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Chemical Engineering and at least ten years of experience in a similar industry. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new construction chemical products, including eco-friendly options that align with sustainability trends.
- Evaluate new products, processes, and business opportunities, participating in their implementation while ensuring compliance with international standards like ASTM, EN, and BS.
- Design and produce cost-effective product components following standard procedures.
- Oversee quality assurance tests, new product development, and research to support company growth.
- Conduct various raw material tests according to standard procedures.
- Liaise with external laboratories using advanced testing methods (e.g., FTIR, HPLC, TGA) and collaborate with government bodies as needed.
- Maintain a quality control system for all PMC site activities, prepare quality audits at sites, and monitor site inspection and testing.
- Directly supervise a team of relevant discipline engineers and ensure alignment with LIMS for digital traceability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum ten years of experience in a similar industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
