Cluster IT Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the data processing function of our hotel. This role will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's data processing network systems, personal computer software, and training associates on proper equipment handling and computer operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology or computer science, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in 4* or 5* hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot data processing equipment
  • Train associates on computer operations and equipment handling
  • Oversee data processing network systems
Qualifications
  • University Graduate or equivalent diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in 4* or 5* hotels
