Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for leading and managing the technology department, overseeing software development, ensuring the alignment of IT strategy with business goals, developing architectural solutions, and driving product development initiatives. The role entails coordinating with various stakeholders to streamline project management and enhance Holloyoud Ventures' technological capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
  • Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
  • A strong background in Architecture
  • Proven ability to lead and manage technological teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Capital Governorate, Bahrain
  • Experience in the Film & Entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
