Job Title: Social Media Account Manager

This is a senior position within the social media team, responsible for managing comprehensive social media marketing services delivered to clients.

The role involves developing and maintaining robust client relationships, providing strategic direction, overseeing content creation and execution, and delivering insightful analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives, delivering outstanding service, and proactively addressing client needs and feedback.
  • Strategic Social Media Expertise: Lead the development and execution of advanced social media marketing strategies tailored to individual client objectives, including content pillars, audience segmentation, and cross-platform integration.
  • Content Calendar & Strategic Planning: Oversee the strategic creation and management of monthly content calendars, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging content aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation Leadership: Supervise and guide content creation across all platforms, including writing, editing, and overseeing translations between English and Arabic, ensuring all content meets high standards and is optimised for performance.
  • Community Management: Manage and supervise community engagement strategies, driving interaction and fostering a positive and active online community for clients.
  • Analytics & Insight Reporting: Conduct detailed performance analysis and produce insightful reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Coverage Oversight: Coordinate and manage real-time social media coverage during client events, ensuring dynamic content creation and maximising visibility and engagement.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee scheduling and publishing of social media posts, coordinating closely with internal teams, including creative and production, ensuring alignment with client standards and strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior social media management role, demonstrating expertise in content strategy, client relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media marketing strategies, content creation best practices, and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in fostering strong, productive client relationships.

This position reports directly to the Client Services Manager.
