Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Contracts Manager to lead the Maintenance Department, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure operational compliance with policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define operating frameworks, policies, and procedures for the Maintenance Department.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of daily operations.
  • Develop strategies to meet operational requirements and support strategic objectives.
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and cost reduction plans.
  • Plan preventative and scheduled maintenance to optimize equipment availability.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, and proficient knowledge in MS Office. The role requires frequent regional/international travel.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field; MBA advantageous.

At least 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Aluminum Smelters.
