Dining Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated Dining Experience Coordinator to join our team at Domo Ventures W.L.L. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with servers to ensure timely ordering, preparation, and serving of food and drinks.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer feedback to improve services.
  • Communicate with the kitchen team to address any issues or concerns related to food quality or service timing.
  • Collaborate with management to implement new menu items, promotions, or events that enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Ensure all dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress is necessary to succeed in this role.
  • A strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail are vital in presenting dishes and glasses in an attractive and sanitary manner.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers is preferred.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement; food safety training is a plus.
