Cloud Support Role

We are seeking an expert Cloud Support Specialist to join our team.

This individual will provide top-notch support to customers leveraging cloud-based systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud computing, including virtualization, containerization, and storage technologies.

Additionally, they will have advanced troubleshooting skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues related to Linux integration and application-level bugs.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role requires frequent interaction with customers via phone, ticketing systems, and remote sessions.

A strong track record of customer satisfaction and problem-solving is crucial for success in this position.

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to share best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, including KVM, OpenStack, Docker, LXD/LXC, and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in Linux system administration, including networking, security, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to two weeks per year.
