RESO is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in Manama. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for all investor-related inquiries, ensuring seamless onboarding, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and platform navigation
  • Assist clients with onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation submission, verification, and compliance checks
  • Collaborate with Compliance to oversee due diligence, documentation, and approvals
  • Support operational processes including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and transactions management
  • Manage client support tickets, calls, and platform-related questions with professionalism and clarity
  • Monitor client activity, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver operational statements as needed
  • Detect and promptly escalate any suspicious activity observed during client interactions or transaction monitoring to the Compliance Function
  • Address issues promptly while maintaining a client-centric approach and high service standards
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance the investor experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve processes
  • Adopt best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall investor experience
  • Present regular performance reports and data insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in similar roles in financial services or fintech operations (digital asset experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of KYC/AML processes, onboarding, and compliance operations
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple client cases simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
