We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Head of High School. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

This dynamic role requires a collaborative and results-driven leader who can foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the high school department. You will be responsible for:

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Developing and implementing innovative educational programs and initiatives
  • Mentoring and supporting teachers to ensure high-quality teaching practices
  • Collaborating with the Principal and other members of the senior leadership team to drive school improvement
  • Evaluating and improving school policies and procedures

  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in education, including three years in a BC school, with at least three years as Principal, Vice Principal, or administrative leader in a BC school
  • A strong understanding of the BC curriculum and educational policies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of success in school administration
